Meet Sensualitea, our limited-run CBD rose tea. This herbal blend combines peppermint & lemon balm with bright floral notes, along with a millennia old Chinese medicinal: Horny Goat Weed, or Yin Yang Huo. This blend is crafted to inspire feelings of love, passion, and excitement.

What does Sensualitea CBD tea taste like?

Sensualitea is a floral, rose-focused CBD tea. The blend starts with a base of lemon-scented lemon balm, along with bright peppermint. Additional herbs provide sweet floral accents. We enjoy Sensualitea as a delightful palate cleanser and drink in the evening, since there is no caffeine in this blend.

What are the benefits of Sensualitea?

Each ingredient carries its own set of benefits:

Up front in this blend is peppermint, a familiar flavor for many. Peppermint as an herb, however, carries a number of benefits. Most popularly, peppermint is used to support healthy digestion and relieve occasional aches and pains in the stomach. Peppermint also comes with the added benefit of freshening breath! This is partly due to the antibacterial properties of mint.

Lemon Balm is a lemon scented perennial with serrated heart-shaped leaves (perfect for this love-inspired brew!). Native to the mediterranean and various regions in South Africa, it is widely cultivated for its ability to invoke a sense of calm. It is used traditionally to address the symptoms of stress, and give the user a feeling of relaxation.

Next up is Rose Petals. Rose has been used for medicinal and cultural purposes for centuries, all over the world. In fact, there are over 130 species of roses, and thousands of cultivars. Nutritionally, rose is high in antioxidants, polyphenols (a form of antioxidant) and gallic acid, a chemical used in Ayurveda.

Coming from the same family is our next ingredient: rosehips. Rosehips are actually fruits from the rose, which appear in early summer and begin to ripen throughout late autumn. They begin to develop on wild roses and the flowers begin to drop off. They are a rich source of vitamin C with a particularly unique scent and taste.

Another floral element in this blend is Lavender. Lavender itself is believed to be from the Mediterranean, Middle East and India, with a history going back 2500 years. Unknown to some, lavender is actually a flowering plant from the mint family. Its sweet floral fragrance and beauty has made it famous for multiple uses, most commonly being used in aromatherapy. Of course, it is also edible and can be used in tea, snacks, beverages, and meals. The flavor delivers a sweet and elegant flavor to whatever it is added too.

The real champion of this blend is Horny Goat Weed, also known as Yin Yang Huo. In Chinese medicine, Yin Yang Huo’s use dates back over 2,000 years. It is one of the oldest herbs known to promote sexual wellness and the feeling of invigoration and excitement.

When should I drink Sensualitea?

Sensualitea does not contain caffeine so it is a great tea to start sipping in the evening when trying to relax and unwind. It’s a great tea to enjoy at any time during the day. Remember, each bag can be used up to 2-3 times (and be sure to press and massage the bag with a spoon for maximum benefit!)

Peppermint
Cool, refreshing & unmistakingly aromatic. Peppermint tends to both brighten mind & settle stomach.

Ginger
Pungent ginger root, widely used to relieve occasional aches & pains and support healthy digestion. Fiery flavor profile that warms and settles.

Lemon Balm
Lemon Balm is a refreshingly citrus member of the mint family. Uplifts spirits, and in some cases, is used in spells to heal broken hearts & attract love.

Rose Petals
Harvested from organic red & pink Rosa damascena plants. Vibrant, sweet & floral. Rose petals add a unique decadence along with nutritional value.

Rosehips
Rose hips are the fruits of the rose. They are highly concentrated in Vitamin C, and have a long history in folk recipes.

Lavender
Lavender is an aromatic perennial evergreen shrub, with use that goes back thousands of years. Calming, centering, arousing, and relaxing, Lavender is widely loved.

Horny Goat Weed
Also known as Yin Yang Huo in Chinese medicine, Horny Goat Weed inspires energy flow & sensuality.

Coconut Milk Powder
