I used to not be able to sleep more than 4 hrs. at a time before taking cannabinoid products. I take half the dose of this CBN (1 soft gel) and 25mg of CBD then I’ll get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Sometimes I’ll add a delta 8 and melatonin then get a really nice night with the 9 hours I require to feel really rested. Taking the full dose might be just as good but I wanted to try the entourage effect I’ve been reading. Any information is welcomed.
