SERVING & USAGE
CBD’s effects are highly individual. Serving sizes can range from 25–200 mg. To find the amount of CBD that’s right for you, start with 50 mg, wait two hours, and increase as needed. The dropper is marked every 0.25 ml (12.5 mg CBD.) Each milliliter contains 50 mg of CBD.

My biggest unhappiness stems from the fact that it claims to be 1500mg and yet could not relax me at bedtime like a 1000mg from other products I use. I had to opt for this because I could hardly find 1500mg elsewhere. I am a bit shocked that some persons would think it taste good. Well, there is actually no more sincerity in reviews anymore.
