Myriam’s Hope CBD oil is easy to use. Just drop the serving size of this CBD oil under your tongue, hold it there for 60-90 seconds, and then swallow. The manufacturer recommends starting with 0.25 ml (12.5 mg CBD) and working up as needed. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with a small serving size and working your way up if needed.
