What Coverage is Provided by the Limited Warranty?
Our CBD.market Limited Warranty will cover any defective products. The process of replacement must be initiated within the detailed warranty period.
We will replace or repair any damaged product that is deemed defective due to damaged shipping materials, improper materials or faulty workmanship. The damage must be under normal use.
This is transferable coverage.
What Does CBD.market do to Fix the Problem?
At CBD.market, you can rest assured knowing that we will provide you with a replacement product when we find something to be defective.
Our products can return within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a full money refund. This warranty does not apply to bulk СBD.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

What is the Coverage Duration?
Your Limited Warranty coverage lasts for 30 days after the initial date of purchase.
If there is an issue with your replacement product, you have 30 days after the original placement of that replacement order to file for coverage.
What is not Covered?
CBD.market does not provide you with warranty coverage if there is a problem related to:
- The condition of a product that is not a direct result of defective materials of workmanship.
- A defective item that is caused from improper maintenance or neglect.
- An item that is damaged due to natural causes such as floods, lightning or a natural disaster.
- Theft does not warrant replacement of a product, but we will assist with the shipping of a replacement product.
- Products that are returned to CBD.market with labels removed or any alterations made to the product will not be replaced.
CBD.market takes full responsibility for all products that are lost or damaged while en route to the shipping destination.
How to Utilize Coverage?
In order to use warranty coverage, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization from our customer service team. We will provide you with additional instructions on how to receive your replacement order at that time. We will provide you with an address that you can use to return your defective items to.
Implied warranties are limited to the time frame that is detailed by this explained Limited Warranty. The only exception is provisions outlined by applicable law.
Responsibility of Damages
Aside from applicable law, CBD.market is not responsible for any damages that occur from a breach in implied warranties.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
