I have found that use of this product allows me to fall back asleep when I wake up after a couple hours. I will admit that I need more than the single gummies dose. After experimenting, I have found that 1.5-1.75 is optimal for me. With a full 2, I found I was groggy almost to the point of having a “sleep” hangover.

The wait on the shipping was a little long. I suffer from REM sleep behavior disorder which make getting more than 2 hrs. sound sleep almost impossible. But this product has added 2 hrs. minimum to my sleeping. The directions says 1 gummie at night before bed but I have found 1/2 works for me.
